Beaver County partners with Beaver City, Milford City, and Minersville Town to provide animal control services. An inter-local animal shelter is located on the airport road in Beaver City. The daily operations are under the direction of the county sheriff.
Animal Control Committee
All changes/amendments to the Animal Control Ordinance or to registration fees are decided by the Animal Control Committee. The committee is comprised of mayors from the three municipalities, a county commissioner, and the county sheriff.
